The 2021 harvest was characterized by a rainy and cold winter that gave way to a dry and mild summer, which guaranteed a good ripening of the fruit to give rise to a harvest classified as Excellent. by the region’s regulating body, the D.O. Ribera del Duero.

Vivid purple red color, middle layer and bluish reflections.
Frank and clean nose, with medium-high intensity. Notes of fresh red fruit, slightly balsamic, along with notes of cloves and pepper.
Friendly and powerful, fills the mouth without edges, with high persistence. Wine rounded by the year in the bottle that polishes the typical tannin of Tempranillo. Complex and balanced.
Food pairings
This wine enhances the best of stews, baked suckling pig, the tastiest vegetarian dishes and fine aromatic cheeses such as cabrales.
