When the right of withdrawal applies
For eligible product purchases, the general period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
Wine-tourism services booked for a specific date are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to goods. They are governed by our booking cancellation policy: cancellation or modification is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
