Outstanding fruit flavors, imbued with tones of jam, chocolate, toasted and aromatic vanilla hints - in an attractive, elegant and complex combination. Full bodied, well structured with polished tannins, abundant fresh red fruit flavors, very good acidity with a long finish. A long life ahead for evolving and maturing in the bottle. Made to measure!
Appearance/Color: Black cherry color with purple nuances. Bright and clean..
Nose/Aromas: Fruity aromas stand out, with jammy tones, cacao, toasted note, very aromatic vanilla, in an overall elegant, complex and attractive aroma.
Mouth/Flavors: Full bodied, well structured with smooth tannins. Abundant fresh red fruit flavors with spicy notes, fresh and with a long finish. Very promising.
Variety: Tinto fino/Tempranillo 100%.
Alcoholic fermentation: 10 days at 25º
Malolactic fermentation: 15- 20 days in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels, 90% American oak, 10% French oak.
